Our fresh-cut flower bouquets are shipped directly from the U.S. Before shipping, we ensure they are adequately hydrated for their journey. If your flowers appear sleepy and thirsty upon arrival, don't worry, it's absolutely normal. Simply follow the steps below for proper re-hydration:

• Remove the bouquet from the box by cutting any straps located on the outside and inside of the box.
• Fill a clean vase with fresh, cool water and add flower food if provided.
• Using a sharp knife or scissors, make a clean cut of at least 1/2" off the end of the stem or cut where indicated by yellow tape.
• Avoid placing flowers in direct sunlight and maintain in a cool location.
• Change water and re-cut stems every 3 days for optimal freshness.
