LED Lights make it a party!

Lights are awesome with colors and different modes. LED lights are energy efficient and long lasting. My sister in law bought some last year and used them outdoors at the lake all summer. That convinced me to grab some.

These are just what we hoped they would be. They are going to be wonderful on our fifth wheel. We checked them to see if they work, and they’re perfect. More settings than what we had hoped, and so pretty.

Bulb out at purchase

Bought these and one bulb did not work. I went ahead and put them up not realizing there is no customer service what so ever. I thought getting a replacement bulb would be easy. Nope! Tried calling several times... "not taking phone calls due to Covid". Sent several emails as they directed on the recording, no response. I have tried finding a replacement bulb on line with no luck. I don't feel that I should have to buy another bulb anyway. If you do buy a set, and they in any way don't work, take them back right away! No customer service. They must not be very proud of their produce.

The bombdiggity!

I purchased 3 strands of these at the beginning of the summer. My outdoor lighting was bad. I had the guy that was doing my new roof put them around my house. We literally use them every night. When I'm walking out the door, I click clear, and it lights up well enough for me to see to get to my car. I have a remote in the house and the car, so I can change them whenever I want. Not only do we absolutely love these lights, but we haven't noticed an increase in our light bill, and we burn them about 12 hours a day. I've received more compliments on these lights. Best part, I won't have to put any holiday lights up this year, it's a win/win!

Waste of money and time

Purchased 2 of these in December 2021 for my daughter to use in her room. The first string went dim in March and died in May. They have a 5 year warranty so I spent the time tracking that process down, got a response that they are on back order and will be sent when/if they come back in stock. Warranty claim not handled through Sam's but rather Honeywell's 3rd party processor. During this process, the 2nd string has since died. I have a feeling the 5 year warranty is a false guarantee and doubt the items will ever come back in stock and ship to me as this seems to be a common game companies play now a days. At very least they owe me a similar replacement. Essentially spend $120 (w/tax) for 3 months worth of enjoyment. Shame on Honeywell and shame on Sam's.

1 month problem

Bought two strands of lights. At first we were disappointed at the lack of brightness. Now one light is stuck on green, flickers, and is not as bright as the others. It does not appear as though a single bulb can be replaced, nor would I know where to find one.

Barely visible

We purchased these about 2 months ago. You can BARELY see them when they are on. We tried different extension cords, thinking that could be an issue. We tried plugging them directly into the outlets. Still super dim. the ONLY color you can actually see is White. I do not recommend this product. We have taken them down and are returning to Sam's.

replacing strand

These are beautiful lights and they work pretty great. We’ve had three sets connected together with one remote on our pergola for about four years and use them a lot sometimes don’t ever even turn them off. However the third strand finally quit working and I thought I could just order another box or pick up a set and replace it which I did. Started to put them up last night and lo and behold there are six bulbs shorter which is equivalent of 12 feet shorter! So now I have to get two sets to finish the job. Which is double the money. Lo and behold companies once again downsizing their products but still charging the same price. Thinking that they could trick the consumer sad sad and very disappointed

Disappointed they didn't last very long.

I purchsed in April 2022...Did not install for approx. 6 months. I use the lights occasionally, Only in the summer months maybe once a weekend. I started smelling a burning smell and now they stopped working. I am disappointed that they didn't last a couple of seasons.
