fine butdon’t buy

Bought two strings in Dec 2021 and several bulbs have gone out despite claims they’re long lasting.

Not Weatherproof

Water collects inside the bulbs...needed to drill a small hole in bottom of each to drain.

Bulbs are filmy = lights not bright

VERY Disappointed with these. the majority of the bulbs look filmy or hazy and the lights are not bright because of it - very poor quality for the money.

Didn't work

I ordered a set and hung them up. They worked about 2 weeks. I assumed it was just bad luck so I ordered a 2nd set and intended to return the first. The 2nd set didn't work right out of the box.

Not so durable

I've had these hanging over our patio for about 4 months. One bulb will only light up as white and the lights like to turn themselves on randomly. Otherwise, they seem to light up the patio decently.

Tired of solar

I wanted something with a little more longevity than the solar lights I had. This fits the bill perfectly. Love the changing colors, the ability to dim and brighten slightly. It add a nice touch to my back patio. Love it! Only issue is that it comes on by itself after about one minute. So I have to unplug it. I don't like that but guess I'll have to leave with. Overall well worth it!

Broken and unworking bulbs

Ordered and received (2) sets. One set had a broken bulb and the other set one of the bulbs the red did not work. I have sent emails to International Developmen Co. With no response for replacement bulbs. There is not much difference between the bright and dim lighting.

They don't honor warranty

Got these but some bulbs were out emailed company and was told don't even know when bulbs will be in stock. Save yourself the aggravation and buy another set when on sale and use those bulbs as replacements. They don't honor the warranty. Too bad set is pretty nice.

Issue with Remote

I purchased these from Sam's club. Installation was easy. After a couple of days of install, the lights are not responding to remote. With stable colors (no blinking), seems they respond to remote. But, once they are switched to blinking mode, the remote stops working. There is no easy way to determine the cause. Remote has new batteries and working very few times. Is there a reset option? May have to return, if they don't server the purpose

Warranty info please

I bought these lights in November worked great but they won't turn on anymore. I replace the battery in the remote and confirmed that there's power running thru the cord not sure what the issue is. I have the receipt but can't find any info for the 5 year warranty or who to contact for a replacement or what the warranty would cover.
