Ordered these for Mother's Day. They were delivered on time. My mom sent pictures when they arrived on Friday and they looked beautiful. I went to her house on Sunday and they were drooping. The buds were medium sized. They had never opened, but they were pointed downward.

I have bought flowers through Sams on several occasions & usually the flowers are beautiful. First, what you receive is not the same as shown. There wasn't one single bunch of baby's breath or filler. The flowers & the greens are damaged. Several of the flowers are browning in every layer, others have slimy petals. Even the eucalyptus stem looks old and withered in the middle. These were a surprise for a co-worker. These stems will be drooping in 24 hours and ready for the garbage. I'm worried that the bouquet I sent a couple weeks ago for a birth might have arrived in a similar condition.

This product could be excellent if it consistently arrived on the scheduled date. Despite ordering well in advance on two occasions, the delivery never reached the intended recipient. Timely delivery is crucial for customer satisfaction, and it's disappointing that this aspect fell short. Reliable service is essential, and I hope the flower delivery can address and improve upon these issues.

Ordered arrangement for my 90-year-old mother as a Thanksgiving gift since we couldn’t be together this year. Flowers arrived today as promised, but the petals were discolored, falling off the stem, and far from fresh. From the pics that I received from my relative, the flowers were certainly not the quality that I have grown to expect from Sam’s Club.

I ordered 2 different sets of roses from sams got them yesterday evening 2/9/22 and they are dead the roses are smashed and the pedals are falling off the one set I got was all white they are brown on the tops wilted smashed and falling off the rainbow set is the sam you just can’t see the brown as much these are HORRIBLE and a waste of money

When these flowers arrived they looked awful. They were wilting and the buds were really tight. When I started to arrange them, the petals started to fall off. The greenery had brown spots on it. Unfortunately you have to take what you get when you order them and definitely not worth the price. Buy them in the store so you can see what you are buying.

I ordered 2 bouquets to 2 different people on 2 different days (one after another) as birthday gifts. The first delivery was late. The second delivery was on time. The first one received 18 roses while the second received 12 that were quite dead. I paid the same price for both!!! Received pictures from both, and the roses were small. Very disappointed. Will not order again.

Nice flowers but the vase could have been bigger as the roses did not fit. Also, in the future that purchaser be allowed to provide specific instructions as to delivery because the driver just left the flowers in 97 degree weather. Perhaps require signature for delivery.

I wanted to send flowers to my mother, who lives out of state. I hate that when ordering from Teleflora, Proflowers, 1-800-Flowers, etc. the majority of my spend seems to go to "delivery" and "service" fees, usually resulting in a smaller arrangement than I would like. When I saw these arrangements and their prices on Sam's website, I decided to give them a try. The packaging to keep them secure was great and the flowers themselves? Absolutely beautiful! Delivery was on time, too. This will not be the last time we order flowers from Sam's.

I needed to have flowers with a vase delivered to an acquaintance and ordered the Rose Bouquet 18 stem with vase. The flowers delivered were much smaller than the picture. The buds were small, unopened, and a couple slightly wilting. There was overall less volume than expected. The gift message was also cut off and oddly spaced despite not going over the word limit.
