Does not put out a lot of air quantity

I saw this fan online and thought it looked cool (puns intended). I was impressed when I unboxed it and saw the acrobatic-inspired oscillating options. Hypnotized by the horizontal and vertical motions of the fan, it took some time before I noticed the minuscule amount of airflow. It barely rustled the papers on the desk that I set it on. It's going back. Cute alone doesn't cut it for my needs.
