We held off purchasing this cooler for over a year after reading the reviews on the lid. We finally decided to pull the trigger with the cooler and wheel set up being so desirable. The lid was even worse than anticipated. Hopefully someone at Igloo is listening to all these reviews and makes a correction on this terrible lid.

The igloo itself is great and does keep things cool. However, I believe there to be a design flaw for the bolts that holds the wheels. A simple lock washer and wing nut is not enough to hold the wheels in place. After rolling around for a while they fall out unless you check each and every time of use.

Not as well built as I'd expected. Lid is very thin and a little warped.

We bought this for our Oktoberfest gathering and it worked out great. Holds plenty of beverages and looks adorable.

The lid needs to be sturdy enough to keep the contents cold and second as a sitting surface. At the very least give us an option for a sturdy lid.

Great cooler but burns thru the ice because of the top (lid) being thin plastic. Great concept and perfect for a couple hours but keep it out of the sun and have extra ice on hand

Cooler looks great, but the cover is equivalent to a Rubbermaid tub-it has absolutely no insulation and will not be able to hold ice cold for any period of time

Disappointed in the top. It’s a thin piece of plastic and not even insulated. You should better explain that to your consumers. Why don’t you make it right and send all consumers who bought this for HUNDREDS an actual insulated lid??

Love, the cooler needs a better top because the cooler top is not insulated your beverages. Don't stay cool as long as it should. The Tops allows the heat on the sun to get through the top.

This is the best purchase but I read in the reviews before I actually bought it that the lid do not close tight which is very true..but other than that I love it!
