Amazingly comfortable mattress!
When we moved to a different state, we initially sprung for one of those expensive, "customized" mattresses. What a mistake! Four years of poor sleep, mattress moving when either person slightly shifted, until we finally realized we needed a comfortable mattress with little to no movement so we could finally SLEEP! I love the individually wrapped pocket coils.... neither of us are waking up when the other moves around or gets up. Highly recommend.
Firm
Still getting used to this mattress. When sat on it feels on the softer plush side but when lying on it you can feel the firmness. This is for our spare room and I am used to an extra firm mattress so it kind of feels soft to me but it is only for our guests so it should work out just fine.
The firmness of this mattress is good.
We like this mattress, it has the right amount of firmness for us. The one thing I've noticed is that the edges are not solid, they compress down when you are getting in and out of the bed. I don't know how well this mattress will hold up over time. We've had it for about 3 months and aside from the edges compressing everything else is good.
Good matress
I love this matress it's good while it lasted. The only problem is that it only lasted for a year it started to get uncomfortable and sinking in after the year was up.
Very low quality
I am sorry that I ordered this mattress and I would return it, but it seems you can't. This is a very low end mattress and you can feel and hear a cardboard like lining as you situate yourself. It is also a bit smaller than my previous king mattress as it is about two and a half inches shorter from head to foot and about an inch and a half shorter on the sides. I will have to add a mattress topper and make do, but maybe this review will save you the trouble.

Does not last very long
I bought this mattress less than a year ago and already need to replace it. It was never firm. Even with rotating the mattress, the sides have broken down. It is extremely uncomfortable and causes a lot of pain. I would not recommend this mattress for everyday use.

This is a VERY expensive mattress. With only maybe 2 weeks sleeping on it, the sleep surface is wearing out very rapidly. It’s already getting “lumpy.”

Bad service by Samsclub & RXO Delivery center
This review is two fold: SamsClub: Why display incorrect delivery information during order? This is misleading and upsetting. I ordered Setra Perfect Sleeper King mattress from Samsclub because it showed it will be delivered by Jan 27 but the the RXO delivery tracking sent me email two days before delivery that sorry delivery is delayed and pick a different delivery date now. Serta RXO delivery: So I was forced to select a Feb 1 as new delivery date by RXO delivery from Serta. RXO center in Ann Arbor then got my mattress at their center on Feb 28. Then I called RXO call center and also chatted with Live Chat multiple times and they kept getting my info and told me every time they they will schedule an earlier delivery because they had the mattress and I was just 1 hour away from Ann Arbor RXO delivery center. They told me every time to check for updates for new earlier delivery. RXO people never sent any updates and kept promising earlier delivery than Feb 1. My mattress was supposed to be delivered between 9:30 am - 1:30 pm window but was again delayed and was delivered around 4 pm. Note: 1. During all this until final delivery Samsclub website kept showing my original delivery date as on time...just plain misleading and horrible. 2. This review is not against the actual delivery crew which was good and courteous. Neither is this against the mattress because we haven't used it yet.
Do Not Recommend
Don't - after 4 months both sides are sinking and my husband and I are not heavy people........it was a great mattress at first. Went to flip the mattress to level it out but that is not an option with this model. This was a waste of over $900.00 for a King mattress, absolutely terrible.

WALK AWAY! HORRIBLE & HUMILATING EXPERIENCE!
I bought this mattress not quite a year ago. I purchased it online because I am disabled and needed the white glove delivery. Thought this would be a good mattress but felt like coils were sticking through the first night. Today the mattress has sunk horribly and leans towards the floor which caused me to fall out of the bed twice recently. Started a claim and was told how easy it would be but when the email came they wanted pictures of the mattress, the foundation underneath and the bed in a disassembled state. After that they want multiple pictures of the depth of every sinkhole using a rod and a ruler. I cannot do any of that and was told to find someone to come & help me. Ok Serta, send someone ...... but NO. They won't do that. And they will not process the claim without everything. I was made to feel like I was less than human and ended the call in tears. Not only would I NEVER recommend this mattress, I would NEVER recommend Serta. I'm on social security disability and it took months to save for a new mattress. Being in an accident and becoming disabled was hard enough. Honestly, this feels like discrimination. The sunken in pictures should be enough. The mattress is crap. It will sink. It will sink. It will sink.
