Not as good as "regular" florets

Regular florets were not in stock. These were not good - too much stalk. Same price as florets, yet 1.5# instead of 2#. Sam's pulling a fast one - less product for same price, and not as good!

Smells so bad

Total waste of money. Got this at the store, by the time i got home it stank up my whole car and at home whole house. I had to throw it to trash and remove trash outside and air the house out. I never in my life experienced such a stinky produce.

If this is the same as BROCCOLINI, loved it

Sautéed with EVOO and some butter with chopped garlic and red pepper flakes, S&P...added a splash of broth. Don't overcook it, crisp tender is best. As it cooked, The color turns the DARKEST green, darker green than broccoli, surprisingly good in all ways. Tender and has a different taste, even better than broccoli. I hope I can get more soon to serve for Easter dinner.

Good!

I have purchased this several times. It is a good buy compared to buying a small bunch of broccolini in the grocery store for $3+, unfortunately I usually end up throwing some away before we can use it all as there's only 2 people in my household. It's really good roasted.

Smelled awful before use by date, won't buy again!

I opened this several days before the use by date and the smell was something awful. Yes, broccoli usually smells but this was foul. It literally smelled like a dead mouse. I washed it really good, and it still smelled. The stalks were okay looking, but the florets and leaves were turning brownish. It seemed like it was starting to rot or maybe had some kind of bacteria. I didn't trust it and threw them away. I ordered this through Instacart so I can't return for refund. I can't blame my shopper because this looked fine in the bag. Very disappointed. Will never buy this again. I only got this because the broccoli florets I normally get were out of stock.

Not very tender

I bought this expecting a tender broccolini type experience. The stems were tender enough, but it was almost like this was "old" baby broccoli. The tops were too mature to be tender, and ended up just being tough. We tried these roasted and steamed, and they just weren't very good.

Tastes fine

Got a few bags to blanch and freeze for practice and to see if it’s a vegetable I’d take to. I’d gotten ahead of myself and bought seeds but have no place to plant right now. I’m not a big broccoli floret fan so I thought more stem would be right up my alley and it is. The flavor is great. This is a hybrid asian vegetable, not traditional broccoli. No fair criticizing something for not being what it isn’t.

Very good vegetable!!

I have purchased this product twice this summer and am very pleased with it. One bag gives me 3 to 4 meals and lasts several weeks. The bag I am using right now is two weeks old. It keeps very well in my refrigerator crisper. I steam it on the stovetop in a steamer pot and drain well, add salt, pepper, butter and a spritz of fresh lemon. It is tender and mild in taste, not as strong as broccoli spears can sometimes be, and I have never had any that tasted bitter. I am hoping to have access to this broccoli for months to come!

Delectable and study greens

Was ecstatic when I saw this at my local club. I love broccolini and these are fantastic! You either grill them or lightly sauté with evoo or butter. You can also char them. Add to fried rice, ramen or other casserole dish. C'mon people, it is so easy to google anything now. But also you can put your own spin, don't be afraid to be judged. Of if you prefer, you can also prepare them as you would cook regular broccoli, steam or baked, they are delicious!
