u can't hear your calls clear i have to take beats call to regular call on phone noone can hear me

Compared to other earbuds the volume level on these are very low and honestly I bought them on black Friday and returned them the exact Same day.

I don't know if it's me or what. They keep falling out my ears. I look up how they go in but it doesn't stay in

The battery life isn't as long. The left earbud makes a strange noise and I'm not sure why. I will definitely go back to AirPods.
