Theses are defective. They do not connect to Bluetooth and when they do and I start to play a song they disconnect and don't connect again. The warranty also says expired in 2023 which I do not understand since this is being sold as NEW.

The biggest issue I had with these ear buds was that I heard static when just having the ear bud in not listening to anything . if I paused my music or video I heard static. they also fell out of my ears often.

That was really excited to be able to find this one still and all my first pair of beats, but I realized that these do not pare unless you have the case with you, which is an inconvenience for sure

I haven't listened to the new beats because I need to charge them. Thus far,I am very happy with my purchase. I will update you once I am able to hear the difference.

Bought them for a birthday gift for my daughter. They won't hold a charge and they won't pair to her phone. Bought them weeks before her birthday don't know if I can get a refund or exchange..

Even fully charged they only last a couple hours. maybe the pair I got is defective but 3-4 hours of use is definitely not what I was looking for. they also fit strangely.

they worked great for about a month now 1 of the earbuds sounds like it's busted.
