They didn't fit comfortably in my ear.

The beats so far are doing good sound quality is good and comfortable in the ear

They take FOREVER to connect and don't always stay connected and they don't stay charged for very long

The sound quality is really good but they fall out your ear. No matter which size you put in they gone fall out.

battery life is not good because I have to keep putting in case to charge, my other ear buds last a whole work shift

Sound quality is really lacking returned 2nd gen AirPods thinking these were superior and boy was I wrong…just get AirPods there priced similarly

everything about their performance is great except for battery life. i have to charge the case 1-2 times a day and i dont use the ear buds that much

It's not noise canceling, and not very loud either. It also skips a beat alot or just skips the whole song.

Great sound. Does not block outside noises completely , slips out of ear during exercise.sensitive to touch.
