Only 2 complaints I have not easy putting a strap on the buds like you can on the Air Pods and no way to turn off the control buttons I think the biggest complaint is the control buttons because they are so easy to hit and every time you hit them it will mess up what's playing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm just not impressed. I got these as a quick grab for work because I lost my last headphones. The earbuds before these weren't a big name brand like these ones and I normally go for the last brand but they didn't have the earbuds I used to. So I got these and I was hoping these would be comparable or even better than the last. That's not the case but I will say I personally like my music a little louder than the average person so it may live up to others expectations but it's just a no from me. They are nice for me to use as a temporary sub but I would much prefer my old ones, not worth near $100 in my opinion. I expect to feel the bass in my eardrums for $100.

theyre quite uncomfortable and usually fell from my ear,if you use only one it keeps self changing to "environment mode" sometimes like 5 times before it finally does what you want,i dont know why but sometimes the active noise cancelling sounds like the earbuds being completely off .

It's not as I expected them to be. I am only being honest. I had beat before and the quality was way better. These are no different than regular ones. I enjoy the sound of BASS and the did not provide any. I wish I could get my money back instead. Well at least I have an extra pair of pods for the price I am better of with raycon

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Beats Studio Buds were half the price of Air Pod Pros and sound just as good and fit well. The Air Pod Pros have a stem which clink into my earrings that interfered with listening. I don't have that problem with the Beats.

They came in perfect condition the box was still perfect as well and I can say that I've been using them for a while at least 2 days they have long lasting battery power they are great noise cancellation headphone and I just love them there great would definitely recommend

got these to replace another set of beats that finally went out on me after years of daily use. I've tried all the different ear bud options that come with the headphones, but they fall out constantly. started wearing headband over the ear to help keep them in when walking, but the buttons are crazy sensitive and the headband keeps pausing the sound. Had to go back to using over the ear $12 headphones from Amazon and really, the sound is exactly the same.

Got them on Black Friday and opened them up charged them and got them connected to my phone.. very staticky and sounded horrible.. changed all the settings and adjusted the bass and treble but nothing seemed to make it better.. did a return and got a new pair.. the second pair are phenomenal.. sounds great and work great with no issues. So just be cautious of getting a faulty pair every once in awhile

Honestly these earbuds are way to over priced I had a problem with the charging case like a week after using to where it stopped charging. Also I have smaller ears so the size of the earbuds were just too big for me. Also I'm only speaking in my experience hopefully they were better with other peoples just personally for me I did not like them.

Hhad diificulty finding the curbside picup parking ss it was on the side of the building. it could be more clearly marked or location details hiven online. Other than that the process wss very smooth and they emailed me my warranty instructions for my product which was a nice surprise.
