I am happy I bought this item. With the new update Apple released, this now allows you to adjust volume levels without touching your phone or device.

I use them almost everyday day and haven't had a problem with them. I've had AirPods before and they fit better to me.

These really has a good sound but they keep falling out of my ear! Have used all of the available tips but still fall out!

I bought these new but they already had someone's name in them when I connected and it wouldn't change. So not new and looked used. ew, gross.

Will not pair with my husbands iPhone. The only way to get this fixed is over three hours from us. Super frustrating
