If I could give zero stars!!! Ordered flowers for my moms birthday. Paid for the shipping on a specific day %26 they never arrived. When I called Sams customer service %26 went on the chat, no one could help me because they said their floral department is closed and that I would have to wait until Monday when they opened again (which they were supposed to arrive on Friday). So upset with Sams %26 the fact no one else could help find out where the flowers were or the actual tracking for them. I will never order flowers from Sam's Club.com again.

Very poor quality of flowers this time. None of the flowers opened, the bouquet did not look anything like the picture. There were no yellow roses or red. The majority of the flowers were pink and off pink color. Did not look colorful and vibrant. Not as fresh as the first time I ordered. I am not purchasing them ever again.

Waste of money. Bought bicolor and rainbow for daughters both were almost completely wilted and rainbow set only had 11 roses. Trimmed, watered and arranged..left under floral light and next day they were all wilted. We were so disappointed and will NEVER try it again.

I thought I was ordering a bouquet of arranged flowers that would be delivered table ready for an upcoming event. (Why else would you buy flowers from the florist?) But what was delivered was a box of flowers and filler that still had to be arranged after delivery. Filler is only big ugly leaves and no baby's breath. Also the vase is too small for the arrangement. Now it's 48 hours before the event and I spent $140 on two arrangements of 18 roses and this is what they look like. What an absolute joke!!! Also there's a $25 service/delivery fee that gets slapped onto your floral order. Both arrangements I ordered were to be delivered to the same address. I had to pay TWO service fees. Two 18-roses arrangements delivered was $140. Look at my pictures and decide for yourself if you think this is worth $140. Oh, and now my event is in 48 hours and I absolutely cannot use these without investing time in arranging them (which is the whole reason why I paid this premium for the flowers). Plus the filler is just green waxy leaves why is there no baby breath or greenery variety?!?! These are for a 60th wedding anniversary party!!!! Please save yourself from my current crisis and please don't order these unless you want to pay through the nose for a delivery company to bring you some grocery store roses and filler for you to arrange yourself. Never ever again!!!

I purchased the 12 stem rainbow bouquet for my bestie before Valentines Day. She was very happy with the arrangement . She said she could smell them throughout multiple rooms of her home. I would like to thank Sams Club for another great product at a great price!!!

I was going to order flowers online through a different company but with service and delivery charges it was about twice as much as these for a smaller bouquet. I took a chance with Sam's and so glad I did. My friend loved them. The flowers are on their 4th day and they're gorgeous and she said they smell amazing!

Not even close to what I ordered. I ordered bright pink roses, I recieved a whitish rose. when I called about the problem I was told they would not be able to replace before Valentines Day so I would get a refund after I sent photos in. Well photos went in, no refund. I called back and was told I would get notified immediately of a refund. I called tonight, got a supervisor. was told a refund was likely, and they could plainly see I did not get what I ordered. But they would have to communicate with the vendor about the problem before they could provide a refund. Apparently Sams does not back their floral orders. I have had great results before, this is the first big problem, but clearly their customer service is lacking.

I ordered a beautiful arrangement of yellow, pink white and coral roses in a vase with beautiful greenery and did not get anything that looked like it. What arrived were white roses with pink tips and very little greenery making it look, frankly, quite cheap. What's up with this? This was meant to be a Mother's Day gift and yellow roses are my mom's favorite. So very disappointing. App won't let me upload pictures for some weird reason…If mom and I weren't 2000 miles apart I'd be running this back for a refund.

The arrangement I received looks significantly different from what was shown on your website. The advertised bouquet appeared full, vibrant, and professionally arranged with numerous bright pink roses and balanced greenery. However, the actual arrangement I received was sparse, less vibrant, and lacked the same overall fullness and presentation. It does not match the quality or design that was advertised, and this was especially disappointing given the occasion for which it was purchased. When ordering, I relied on the images on your website to reflect what would be delivered. Unfortunately, the product I received fell well below those expectations.

I ordered two bouquets of mixed color roses for some family members. I could only order them for delivery for the next week, so there is no fast shipping using SAMS Club. The delivery had me worried as they kept changing the time and I was afraid they would die if left in the truck overnight. But no fear, they made it there at about 7 pm. The flowers were just beautiful. They were healthy and gorgeous and came with a lot of pretty greenery. They came with a vase also. I got pictures from the recipients for several weeks telling me how the flowers still looked great. I would not hesitate to order from SAMS Club again.
