Arrived secured in box with greenery and vase. Not sure why I thought they would be arranged, but this was still a beautiful bouquet and lasted week over a week.

The flowers never opened, though all instructions were followed, Cut 2"off And warm water in vase with preservative. Cut them again 5 Days later, still wouldn't open.

Absolutely beautiful. Fresh cut, Beautiful Soft Pink color. All flowers opened at the same time. Lasting for a few days and more. Delivered on time with glass vase intact. Definitely will order again.. Pricing was perfect.

I sent this beautiful flower arrangement as a gift for one of my dear and beloved sisters'. Even though, I only viewed it online, she sent me a picture of when & how she received it . The picture was stunning and just as beautiful as your Website.

The flowers were received in excellent condition with the special packaging. Flowers lasted more than a week allowing enjoyment for an extended period of time.

So far so good, received today and they are wonderful. I was concerned the flowers would show up frozen because of the lake Superior cold but the FedEx Express driver took great care of these flowers. I'm not a florist and had to find a bigger vase to fit everything in it and have it look full. I bought these for a celebration of life and I could not have asked for a better bouquet.

I was going to order flowers online through a different company but with service and delivery charges it was about twice as much as these for a smaller bouquet. I took a chance with Sam's and so glad I did. My friend loved them. The flowers are on their 4th day and they're gorgeous and she said they smell amazing!

I order these a week in advance for my mom's 79th birthday. We waited all day hoping they would arrive on the scheduled delivery date. THE BDAY flowers NEVER ARRIVED. Contacted Sam's Club via chat, Ana was no help, said they would call tomorrow between 7-9 so we will see if they will resolve, but if I was you save your time and money because this paid for gift the recipient never received. Seriously seriously disappointed.!!

Not even close to what I ordered. I ordered bright pink roses, I recieved a whitish rose. when I called about the problem I was told they would not be able to replace before Valentines Day so I would get a refund after I sent photos in. Well photos went in, no refund. I called back and was told I would get notified immediately of a refund. I called tonight, got a supervisor. was told a refund was likely, and they could plainly see I did not get what I ordered. But they would have to communicate with the vendor about the problem before they could provide a refund. Apparently Sams does not back their floral orders. I have had great results before, this is the first big problem, but clearly their customer service is lacking.

Waste of money. Bought bicolor and rainbow for daughters both were almost completely wilted and rainbow set only had 11 roses. Trimmed, watered and arranged..left under floral light and next day they were all wilted. We were so disappointed and will NEVER try it again.
