This is the third Tramontina trash can that I have purchased for my household and that of two of my children. We have been very pleased with it and we have had ours for several years. It is easy opening with the step on pedal. Would recommend it strongly.

great size. great color. quiet close. This can is everything I need it to be. Why did I wait so LONG to replace my nearly 16-year-old kitchen trash can? I'm glad I ordered online as several color choices were available rather than in-store. Can arrived in perfect condition.

We use this trash can in the kitchen. Opening the lid with the foot pedal is really handy in the kitchen since there are a lot of times when you have both hands full and you need to dump something into the can. The previous can we had utilized a flip lid that constantly had to be cleaned due to food falling on top of it.

It’s a nice trash can. The only issues that I have with it is the banging sound that it makes upon closing and it keeps sliding all over the place. I think if it had some kind of rubber seal instead of the hard plastic on the bottom, that would keep it in place.

Although the workings and materials to this product are top notch...the whole reason I ordered this is due to the supposed red metallic color. I searched through tons looking for the exact red. Although this is listed as red, it absolutely is not red, it is more like a deep copper. Would have brought it back but nearest location is two states away and wouldn’t be worth shipping back since already charged once for that and extra no membership charge. Would have loved if it was color advertised.

I have wanted this for years. Waited until my plastic can broke. It's large and fits well in my kitchen. Lid is soft close and easy to open. after checking other sources found that Sam's Cub had the best price and it was delivered to my car without ever going into the store. A real value!

I like the profile of this trash can, its fingerprint resistance, and the fact that it has a soft close lid. That said, the lone issue that I have with the can is that the soft close lid makes it a bit difficult to reposition the inner plaster liner when replacing the trash bag. I find that I have to play around with it a bit to get it properly seated since the internal mechanism slowly lowers in order to control the lid. That really is my only complaint, and I would definitely purchase this trash can again.

I bought this one as a gift, however have had the same one for 3 years now. The only thing I have to complain about is the inside of the lid has started to rust. Otherwise it’s solidly made, the lid-opening mechanism has held up well and the inner plastic trash receptacle is solid and well made. The holes in the bottom of it make it easy for the trash bag to completely open without having to “burp” the air out.

Love this trash can. I had been looking at ones double it’s price and my husband was flabbergasted trash cans can even cost that much. I finally thought to look at sams club and found this one. Love that it has a bin inside so the sides of the bag can’t be seen. Also it makes for an easier clean if somehow your trash is leaking.

The trashcan had a couple of dents on it. We returned it for a refund.
