I have been buying grapes at Sam's for years. Suddenly, they were no longer carrying them; and said there was a shortage, although two clubs within 50 miles of my town continued to have them. Finally, they started stocking them again. I bought two containers. They are inedible. Too sour to eat. I had to throw them away. Sam's produce quality is definitely slipping.

I ordered 3 pounds of green grapes. I had them auto picked for me. Every package had rotten grapes on top. There is more brown in each package then green. The fact that you had these in your store was bad enough, but that an associate picked them, and another associate sold them and loaded them in my car is just wrong. I admit I should have looked them over but I have always trusted the ease of the customer pick up process. I don’t know if this store is under new management, but if it is not, it should be. Every associate attached to the pick-up process should be reprimanded. It’s not a convenient service if I have to go back the next day with returns.

When you purchase these grapes, you do not know what you might get, like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re gonna get. Sometimes, they are fresh and delicious and crisp. Other times, they are all on their way to rotting already. There is always a new brand of grapes when I come and purchase them. Why doesn’t Sam’s just keep a brand for a while, and a good brand?

Bought via online and curbside pickup. Grapes were larger than expected, most poor taste quality (not sweet) and fibrous skins (too chewy). Grapes were lighter in color and very few had brown spots. Not sure why such poor quality but doubt if would purchase again without seeing and selecting in person.

I purchased this item yesterday, and this is the first time that the green seedless grapes were not good. Most of the grapes were sweet, but the skin on the grapes were tough and literally mouth puckering. I've never had grapes that had this effect on me before. I guess I'll just have to spit out the skins. This batch was distributed by a company in Bakersfield, CA.

I love for these grapes to come in season. Almost always they are big, crisp and juicy. Just a mouth full of sweetness! Just make sure you try one before you purchase because on an occasion there will be the occasional crate full of grapes that is not sweet. That my grandson won't eat them.

Absolutely disgusting I ordered this to be delivered to my home whoever picked up the stuff didn't even bother to look there were lots of spoiled grapes in there and when I attempted to call customer service they put me on hold I hung up called again and was put on hold again for a 3rd time.

Typically I have always gone to Sam's for graoes howevee the lastbthree orders ofnthese have been so bitter. Something is off this year and managers shiuld be checking their product before selling. Terribly bitter and sour but look so good. Perhaps they were harvested too early the last frw months. Waste of money.

I think the brand of these grapes have changed since fall. These grapes would always be large, green and firm. Lately, they are mushy and have brown spots. Since they all looked the same, I thought I was imagining it so I tried them and ended up having to throw them all away. They were not good.

I picked up a box that had the name "Ivory" on them since the design was prettier than the other ones, and it turned out to be the best type of green grapes I've ever had!!! They're so firm, crunchy, and perfect amount of sweetness. Not too sweet like the cotton candy ones. I'm obsessed and going back for more today. Last time looked like they were running out of the Ivory ones though. IVORY grapes are the BEST! I'm obsessed
