Good matress

I love this matress it's good while it lasted. The only problem is that it only lasted for a year it started to get uncomfortable and sinking in after the year was up.

VERY firm

VERY firm. Like hurt your shoulder when you roll over firm. Customer service is horrible! It has been practically impossible to get a hold of anyone. I have been trying for hours and have yet to get a hold of anyone to answer or call back.

Disappointed

I purchased this mattress about 3-4 months ago and it was perfect until recently. I was told it was a firm mattress, but it has gotten softer and is not firm now. I was expecting it to last longer before I had to look for another one.

Amazingly comfortable mattress!

When we moved to a different state, we initially sprung for one of those expensive, "customized" mattresses. What a mistake! Four years of poor sleep, mattress moving when either person slightly shifted, until we finally realized we needed a comfortable mattress with little to no movement so we could finally SLEEP! I love the individually wrapped pocket coils.... neither of us are waking up when the other moves around or gets up. Highly recommend.
