This is some of the best keto bread out there . Only downside is it’s so good it’s always sold out .

Danger.......Made with Erythritol. People with the highest level of the sugar substitute erythritol in their blood were shown to have twice the risk for stroke, blood clot or death compared with those with the lowest level. The sugar substitute is added to many processed foods and beverages and is commonly found in products targeting people on the ketogenic diet because it does not affect blood glucose. Erythritol is also an ingredient in the sweetener Truvia.

as per the standard measurement used on nutrition labels- there are 4 calories per gram of carbohydrate, 4 calories per gram of protein and 9 calories per gram of fat. fiber is indigestible and has no caloric value, so you do not count the fiber grams when you are counting carbs, hence why this bread is ketogenic (carbs mins fiber = net carbs) so, there is 1 gram carb for 4 calories, 4 grams protein for 16 calories and 1.5 grams of fat for about 13 calories which comes out to 33, but they rounded up probably for discrepancies in the exact amount of fat. also, good bread!!! perfect for avocado toast

This bread is the best keto bread I’ve ever had. I can only find it at Walmart, so it’s quite a drive for me (and a lot of time it’s out of stock). Wishing I could find it somewhere else.
