Just a heads up this bread is not as hard as soughdough bread but also not as soft as regular white bread and is not as soft as their Inked seeded keto bread. Its tastier than arrowheat keto bread, its passable and a good replacement for people craving bread who are on low carb/keto diet. The best keto bread is their seeded as we find it tastier but will grab anything on the shelf thats available as all Inked Keto bread sells out as soon as its on the shelf!

The taste is ok, but the numbers do not add up. Take all macro calcs then this bread should be 73 calories per slice not the listed 35 - so either the breakdown amounts are wrong or the calories listed are wrong. I will not buy again until I know what the correct breakdown is for this bread.

I normally don’t remove stars for handling of the bread but I bought a loaf on March 3. I store it in the freezer since it’s just myself , I pulled it out two slices to toast and I noticed the blue on it. I pulled the whole loaf out and it is moldy in so many places, so someone didn’t check code dates on the shelf. I grabbed it Without looking because I trust the people stocking the shelves not anymore so shame on me for trusting however, This is probably the closest keto bread you can get to a regular white bread, quality is consistent server the slices and don’t be afraid. If it doesn’t Brown up like regular bread, it’s still a very good bread.

This keto bread is small and not soft at all. I never tried this before so maybe I just got a bad batch. Good for toasting. The taste is just ok. For the price i paid I expected better.
