It's hard to tell if it's really working, but I find it easy to use, and the instructions were easy to follow.

I’ve been using it constantly for the past 10 weeks! I’m only 31 so o use is mostly for preventive maintenance!

Unfortunately the battery will not turn the device on. It worked for only one week. Hopefully a replacement battery will be sent soon.

Mask is not very comfortable. It hurts the bridge of my nose. The neck strap Is too far from my neck. It cannot be adjusted. Poorly designed mask.

My skin has a glow and feels firmer. I wish my eye wrinkle and puffiness could improve
