Mask is not very comfortable. It hurts the bridge of my nose. The neck strap Is too far from my neck. It cannot be adjusted. Poorly designed mask.

i have extremely sensitive skin and the mask has done nothing but help it in ways I didn’t know could happen without injection or other treatments

I have lots of difficulty securing the straps to get a good fit. It’s not as comfortable as I was hoping but I’m confident in its ability.
