I got this about a month ago, and have been using it 4 times a week. It’s very easy to use. I have noticed that the 2 dark spots I had on my face have definitely lightened and are less noticeable. I will keep using it.

....... no longer works after 3 months. Given the price it is inacceptable! I m very disappointed and I expect a quick exchange from the after sales service .....

I use it daily for my face and simply pull it down to use on my neck. It lies flat and can be used on problem areas for fat reduction and collagen improvement.

I use it daily on face and body. I do see brighter skin tone. Side benefit- I have itchy/dry skin on my lower waist so i decide to give it a try with red light , surprisingly it help to improve skin condition.

Mask too heavy and uncomfortable, hurts the bridge of my nose. I've been using the mask for 4 weeks ( 5 days a week0 and little change to my skin complication, tone and wrinkles.

The mask is easy to wear. The time needed is reasonable. The effects are noticeable. That said, it can leave a red mark on my nose that disappears in one hour

I did not experience any change in skin quality after a month of use. Not sure if I would recommend this product. I had better results with Medicube Age R.

I rate companies not so much in perfection (nothing is prefect) but how any issues that arise are handled. Jessica handled all my questions and issues and all was resolved in a timely manner.

I love this mask, my only complaint is the strap. It makes the mask fit tight, which is good but it does put a lot of pressure on my nose. Trying to adjust it for more comfort.
