I love this mask, my only complaint is the strap. It makes the mask fit tight, which is good but it does put a lot of pressure on my nose. Trying to adjust it for more comfort.

I rate companies not so much in perfection (nothing is prefect) but how any issues that arise are handled. Jessica handled all my questions and issues and all was resolved in a timely manner.

Its too soon to see results, but the mask doesn't fit great, especially for someone with a smaller face and the flimsy thin plastic strap broke on my third use. I definitely have to stay very still while wearing because I have to hold it on.

Love this mask. Super simple to use. I’ve had cheaper masks in the past which required me to sit next to an outlet. This one has no plug which is great. The 10minute timer goes by quickly. It’s easy to use every day!
