I ultimately purchased this product because of the reviews on the quality of light, but I find it frustrating to use. It slips and you have to hold it in place with both hands so you’re unable to do anything else while you use it. I’ve tried to make it work but unfortunately I can’t return it.

I used the mask 5 days/week for about a month, and didn't see any reduction in my post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (acne scars). It also didn't seem to do anything for my active acne spots, but then it's not advertised for that purpose - blue light is better for active acne. Unfortunately the mask was also VERY uncomfortable, I have a prominent nose and larger face for a woman, and so the nose piece was just super uncomfortable for me and it was hard to get the mask to touch my skin, since my nose held it off my face. Think of trying to wrap a piece of paper around your face... my face is not flat, so it just didn't work for me. (Also, why do all these masks have mouth holes?? It means there are no lights working around your mouth, which is a problem area, and who has to eat during a 10-minute treatment anyway?) If you have flatter features, and acne isn't your main concern, maybe this would work for you.

I have only been using my face mask and neck/chest mask for 22 days total and am beyond amazed with the results so far!!I've used mine for the recommended 10 minute sessions, 5 days per week. I wash my face, put on my hyaluronic acid and eye cream, let dry, and then relax for 10 minutes and catch up on podcasts. Within the first couple of days I noticed my skin, particularly on my collar bones, felt softer. The next noticeable change was significant lightening of my "spots"....hormone related darkening of skin. Then my vertical chest wrinkles (side sleeper) seemed to be less harsh, but maybe I was just hoping??? Next, my forehead "pug" lines seemed less severe. Again, maybe I'm just wishing them away??? But I couldn't feel the wrinkles as much either. They just didn't seem as deep. So, I found a selfie I'd taken after Christmas to show my mom a new outfit and zoomed in on the pug. Took a new selfie for comparison and BAM!The before photo has makeup covering my spots, which still shine through. Today's selfie was makeup free and my spots are much less noticeable. My pug wrinkles are significantly reduced as you can see in the photo comparison. Note: other than cropping my face out of these photos, no edits have been made. I've been using it nearly everyday for 2 months. I don't see any difference. Still using it but don't see anything. Everyone's reviews state how they saw a difference in a few weeks which leads me to wonder if all of these reviews are from legitimate customers or they just suffer from the placebo affect. I wanted this to work. I keep getting emails about other devices that are supposed to work. Why would I purchase another device when I see no improvement using this one. I'm struggling to figure out why people speak so highly about this mask. It's easy to use I can say. Of course it was expensive and hasn't made any difference at all.... like nothing.

I could not start this mask right away because I was out of town. When I got back I started it and 3 weeks in my skin has developed MORE dark spots that are worse than what already existed. Unfortunately, since I didn't start using it right away I am beyond the period where I can return it. So very disappointing!

I noticed that there were changes in my skin tone, pore skin and over all clearness of my skin. I’m really amazed. I use it every morning when I first wake up. I love that it’s light weight and flexible. One of the best skin care devices I have ever purchased. I’m over 60 and do everything to keep my skin young looking.

I find the Light Therapy Mask comfortable and easy to use. I like that it has a rechargeable battery so I'm not tethered to the wall while using. I've been using it daily for about a month. I'm not sure if I can see an improvement in my skin yet. I'm trying to be patient though.

The strap on the face mask is difficult to put through the loop. Mask should have 2 support straps. Once the face mask is on, the nose opening hurts the bridge of my nose. I was hoping the eye pieces would relieve some pressure on the nose. I finally have to just hold the mask on with my hands for the 10 minutes. I wish I could return it and buy an Omnilux which I hear doesn't have these problems. I love the neck & chest unit, however.

This mask is amazing—as someone who has suffered hormonal acne and leftover scarring it is a lifesaver!! With less than 5 weeks use I have noticed not only changes in texture, hyperpigmentation but it appears my dark circles are less prominent. A pandemic spa at home experience MUST!!

I really wanted to love this item, but I honestly dread using it because the nose piece hurts and puts so much pressure on the bridge of my nose!! I do not by any means have a large nose either so I hate that is causes so much discomfort when I wear it.
