[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using this for about a month and can see a big difference. I noticed that there were changes in my skin tone, pore skin and over all clearness of my skin. I’m really amazed. I use it every morning when I first wake up. I love that it’s light weight and flexible. One of the best skin care devices I have ever purchased. I’m over 60 and do everything to keep my skin young looking.

I could not start this mask right away because I was out of town. When I got back I started it and 3 weeks in my skin has developed MORE dark spots that are worse than what already existed. Unfortunately, since I didn't start using it right away I am beyond the period where I can return it. So very disappointing!

Caveat: I have no idea if this works to improve the quality of my skin in any of the ways it claims. I think you need to be willing and able to spend money on something that you can never 100% be sure is causing the changes to your complexion, if you definitively see any at all. For expensive purchases especially, we can't help but see improvements (even if say a double-blinded scientific study wouldn't) because we want to feel we spent our money well.So as far as what I, a layperson, can say for sure:Is this easy to put on and use? Yes. After the initial charging period, I let the mask and attached charger/controller live in their included drawstring bag and pop them out every night for a quick 10 minute session. You can kind of walk around with this on, but not really, and I'm not a fan of having my eyes open with the lights shining into them, so laying back with eyes closed is recommended.Easy to clean? Yes. I have oily skin and just give the mask a wipe with a damp cloth as instructed. The semi-clear inner lining means you can spot and clean any little bits of dust or whatever that might get on it.Comfortable? Yes. The flexible silicon is very light and contours around the face well. I'm not sure how close/far the lights are supposed to be, or if it matters much at all, but some parts of the mask will press to your face while others (chin, forehead) will hover above your skin.If you're really into skincare, you can afford this without hardship, and you want to be fancy, then go for it. The construction and ease of use of this particular mask made it more appealing to me than the hard shell masks. But if you need a definitive solution to some skincare challenges, would have to struggle to pay for this, or are on the fence, then skip it. Time will either prove the efficacy of this technology or it won't, and if it does then you can still grab it later. Only invest now if you're really ok, in your heart of hearts, at the chance you've spent a lot to just shine some colorful lights on your face.

I wanted to love this one, but the battery pack does not work; then on reading specs, learned there are NO INFRARED (only "near" infrared that are no different from the red light). After months of trying to receive a working battery pack that would charge, the lights are not red at all for more than a couple of minutes and then only yellow. Essentially it's a totally worthless scam.

It is easy to use, easy to charge, easy to clean. I find it very relaxing and I look forward to using it each night. I have noticed after 3 weeks that some of my old acne scars are not as noticeable as they used to be and my skin tone overall is more even. I have not noticed any difference in the fine lines yet but it has only been 3 or 4 weeks so I will repost then.

I am turning 40 in a few months and really wanted to reduce the deep wrinkles I’ve been developing in the past couple years. Forehead lines, the “11’s” between my eyes and some deep wrinkles at the top of my nose were becoming very noticeable. I didn’t like how my make up sat on the wrinkles (even with primer) — it was making me look old. After doing a lot of research I decided to invest in some at home treatments. I cannot rave enough about this product. I wish I had taken before pictures so I could show the difference- but my wrinkles are nearly gone. It’s actually been such a dramatic change I think it’s been better than the product itself even promises. I should mention I pair my nightly use (yes 7 days a week, every night for 10mins) with regular use of glycolic acid, vitamin c serum and prescription retin-a — I highly recommend using all these things together. I have also seen a reduction in the beginning signs of jowls - it certainly has been preventing those early signs really well. Invest in this and use it nightly. I saw visible change in a just a few days - nearly wrinkle free after a full month. I am going to buy the neck and hand version soon....thank you thank you!

I have had the mask for a little over a month and haven't seen noticeable results yet. My skin feels a little softer. I don't see any changes to hyperpigmentation, even skin tone or lessening of fine lines. I am hoping it will just take time, because I do know it does take time to produce collagen. I do like the feel of the mask and the lights, it feels very relaxing like I am laying in the sun, but it doesn't get hot.

The slot for the velcro was incorrectly designed. It is too small and narrow which makes it a struggle to assemble. Unlike the neck & dec unit which is perfect this one is uncomfortable. The lower band along the lip line should have been made longer allowing the headband to stretch upwards which would help it to stay in place. The way it's been designed, the bands are both equal in length forcing downward slippage. This is otherwise a great product that has been well thought out for ease of use. I greatly appreciate the effort made and have great hopes to see results. It just need a small tweaking.

These devices are my secret weapon for maintaining my skin and repairing any underlying damage. They are simple, uncomplicated and easy for every day use AND travel and quiet as its kept, they are the best on the market. (Yes, its true -- I researched it.) I got these devices to maintain my good complexion. I didn't expect an improvement. I've only been using them for a few months but I glimpsed myself on video recently with no make up and I seriously couldn't believe how good my skin looked.
