I’ve used this religiously since receiving, and can’t say I’ve seen any changes as of yet, to be honest... I’m also confused because the LEDs don’t seem to be consistent in color, and recently I noticed that how and when they change color has zero rhyme or reason... I’ve sent an email to CB, but have not heard back- I’m wondering if I’ve received faulty units? I hope to hear back soon, and I intend to continue as I trust the science, but I must admit I’m a bit disappointed at the moment- and confused.

The strap is really annoying. For this price it seems like there would be something better. I have to lay like a mummy when I wear it so it doesn’t move. It needs to be more secure (constantly slips).It needs to be attached better (always comes out of one side and that seems unnecessary).There should be two straps (for more stability).

It is not easy to have the mask sit comfortably on the face with the strap. Tried it different ways with the strap. For such a costly item I’m so disappointed with the construction and comfort of the mask. I end up having to use it laying down on my back to have the mask just sit on my face.

The nose area is crazy uncomfortable, (leaves red marks/indents), and the fit around the mouth and lower face is terrible - there are no lights over the upper lip area, so I’m not even sure why there is a strip of plastic there. The neck led is a good fit, but the design of the face mask is really terrible. It’s wildly overpriced for the quality of the product. Super disappointed

I tried to return because no matter how I adjusted the strap the mask did not stay in place. So when I use it I have to hold it on my face. Have tried it now for a month and see no difference. Don’t purchase this mask. I’m sure there are more comfortable and better fitting devices on the market for this price or less.

I've been using red light therapy in conjunction with laser genesis for over two years now. I got this mask because it's supposed to be the same as the pro strength. To be honest I don't know if I noticed any real changes with this mask, at least not like I would with the pro strength one. But then again my face may just be used to getting a ton of stuff done and that's why I don't notice a difference. I did use the mask for my knee because I had a partial tear in my ACL and it helped with that. So I guess it does work. I also don't care for for the head strap, its too tight on top and leaves a big gap towards the bottom part of your face.

I brought face and neck mask. Comparing to wet masks, these red light mask are so easy to wear. I put them on whenever is convenient. Especially the neck piece. If wake up early in the morning, I bring it to my bed, put on the hand, chest... love these stress free masks

I have used this device for a month now and quickly noticed change in skin. My skin tone is more even and even looks like it is firmer! The mask is so easy to use and so relaxing for the 10 minutes I wear it. I definitely recommend either to help with fine lines or for prevention!

Pros: Relatively comfortable once you get it adjusted for your face 10 minute treatment is easily do-able Charge lasts a long time Too early to tell how effective yet Cons: Too much pressure on bridge of nose , probably could eliminate the nose flap all together The cord is annoying , especially on the Neck and Dec unit Could use a better system for the face mask, the single Velcro strap is difficult to keep in place

I have been using my mask faithfully since it came...It’s been about 2 months...I notice pours have gotten smaller and my redness is lightening up... My chin is my problem area so I am still giving that time it looks better but I’m hoping after a while it will really help... I had been putting off buying this mask because on my budget it’s pricey but it definitely was worth it...happy so far...thank you...I just wanted to also add my eyes are very light sensitive so I do put Cotten balls over my eyes and I bought an eye patch that I cut the elastic off and cut the patch in half and I put the halves over the Cotten balls it does help...
