I've been using my mask since September 1st and I am seeing nice improvement in my skin. My skin feels smoother and the texture is better. I use it every other day for ten minutes. I'm anxious to see if I keep seeing improvements after the 12 week mark.

I was a little disappointed that the mask doesn't fit me very well. The eye/nose/mouth openings don't hit me where they should and the straps don't go tight enough. Also, I find it very hard to do anything else while I'm wearing it. I've only had it about a week so too early to tell if it's worth the money bc I haven' t seen any results yet.

After 3 months of using the face and neck devices, not only I do not see any change to my fine lines but it made my sun spots darker and new ones appeared! It's winter so it's not possible to blame it to sun exposure. Very very disappointed, especially given the price tag. I would not recommend.

I started using my face mask with chin attachment, in February 2025. I noticed its skin smoothing affects about two months in. But recently noticed new large brown patches on my face where I'd never had discoloration before. Today I see most of one side of my face has large brown rings. I'm very fair skinned and thought the red light would improve any sun damage but ten moths in, it's been the opposite. I anlso noticed the mask releases a lot of heat which isn't good if you have skin like mine I guess. Early on I read a review that claimed the mask may bring up dark spots but they'll disappear gradually with more use. That's not accurate so if you see dark spots where you didn't have any before, stop using the mask.

I am 54 year old female who loves the ☀️ and has been lacking in skin care 😂. It has been 2 months and the crepey (sp) and fine wrinkles around eyes and cheeks VERY diminished. I use as intended 10 minutes on clean face each morning and moisturizing (also started the retinal cream). Hubster claims looking 10 years younger...he may or may not need new glasses 🤓 but I am super happy with the product and results. Recommend and also start earlier! Sister and daughter are starting next month 🐝

I really wanted to purchase this mask during the Black Friday sale. I was having issues with check out, and the next day I finally got it figured out but the deal was over. They also would not honor the discount code so I Could purchase. Disappointed!

This mask is just ok. The strap is uncomfortable and no matter how I adjust it, the split part of the mask rest on the bridge of my nose and is very uncomfortable. The weight of the mask leaves a red mark in the shape of a wish bone on my nose. Which stays there long after I remove the mask. I think my nose probably isn't even getting the benefits from the mask. I will be looking for something my a little more secure so I don't have this problem anymore. Overall it's uncomfortable.

This is the third time I've had to write this review. My first two weren't posted. I'm hoping that if I rate the product a “5” it will finally go through so potential customers can see it.I used this product about 3-4 times. On around the 5th I had a terrible reaction. Over the last 3 months, I have lost almost ALL the fat in my face. And I mean everywhere. I am now photosensitive (can't go outside even for a few minutes), and I have hollow eye sockets. Nothing and I mean nothing is worth the potential loss of whatever fat you have in your face. Adipose tissue cannot be regrown! Even if my experience was 1/1000, do you really want to risk being the person who had this outcome? I'm including one photo of my face before. And several of my face now. I have lost zero weight, only fat in my face. When I reached out to the company to ask for advice, their only response was that I could return the mask. No help whatsoever, nor suggestions of how to treat the ongoing symptoms. Please, please, buyer beware!

I bought the original red light mask about 3 years ago and it recently broke, so I had to replace it (The wires at the cord disconnected multiple times. My husband opened it up and reconnected until it just kept coming apart.) So I upgraded to the new model. This one doesn't fit my face well at all. It droops. I have a smaller head and face, I don't know if this one was made for a man or someone with a really big chin/jaw area? I have a really hard time getting it to stay on. I can't really walk around with it and just have to sit and tilt my head back to get it to stay on. I also have to put my heart in a bun, to give the strap something to catch. If you have a smaller face/head, stick with the original/cheaper model that doesn't have a weird chin covering, it will fit your face so much better!

I am enjoying the many benefits of my LED mask. I use it 5 per week. I did tons of research before I made my decision to invest in this mask. It wasn't cheap, and I wanted what was considered to be the gold standard in LED lights. I have been consistent with my regime and use this to enhance my overall skin care. I am complimented frequently on my skin. I believe this device is contributing to my results. I plan to continue to use it consistently to reap the benefits of my investment.
