I have had my mask for 3 weeks so it is too soon for me to see the benefits. What I will say is this strap is entirely too short. Stop being so cheap with the parts of the product. Offer a longer strap.

Easy to use. I use it three times a week, for the past two months and I'm starting to see improvement. My ******* seems to be less noticeable. I would definitely recommend this product.
