Please know we thoroughly test our products to ensure, when used as directed, our Scent Beads work well in your home. This is certainly not a situation we’d expect. As you may know, our beads should be put directly in the wash before any clothing. Also, we recommend making sure the wash is not too full so they have room to dissolve.
