Usually, if this happens, it's due to the washer being too full, or the beads weren't added directly into the drum of your washer before adding laundry to allow them to dissolve faster. To remove the stain, please rewash the garments as part of a smaller load without adding more beads and at highest temperature allowed by the care label. We'd like to connect about this and help.
