We recommend not storing the package under the sink near the hot water pipe, and keeping the bag in a cool, dry environment. Please do not try to tear the tabs apart. For optimum results to be achieved we recommend washing dishes at the optimal temperature, between 125-140 F (52 -60 C). Position dishes and utensils with the heavily soiled side facing the source of the water spray. If your dishes are left with a residue, it could be the result of hard water. It works with your detergent to rinse away stubborn leftover food, spots, and film for sparkling dishes! Also, if the tab is mostly undissolved after the cycle, it is possible that a large item is blocking the dispenser cup from opening during the cycle which would prevent the tab from dispensing. Another tip is the proper water temperature. To properly dissolve dishwasher detergents, the water temperature should range from a minimum of 125 F, to the optimum temperature of 140 F.
