I like these gummies because they are not too sweet. They texture is just right. It does not get stuck in the teeth. It has 3 nice flavors which makes for a good variety. I give them to my kids every morning.

Taste decent enough to me but the kids love them asking for multiple so it is never a fight to take them. Adults can take them as well (2 gummies instead of 1)Helps anytime I let my iron get too low within 30 minutes. Great value for a family of 6
