Hornets much better.

I'm a big fan of the Hormel fully cooked bacon and as member's mark usually puts out a good product, this falls short. First, it is very fatty. In fact, there were pools of hardened fat at the bottom of the package and at the ends of the strips. Second, the smokey flavor is almost too powerful, overwhelming the bacon flavor itself. I seriously doubt I will give this another try. Hopefully, they won't stop selling the Hormel to boost their sales of this inferior product.

This is poor substitute for Hormel Thick Cut Cooked Bacon but it is better than Hormel Original (thin). I have found it is better when pan fried for a few seconds on each side. Pan frying isn't even listed on cooking options. The cooking options shown cook the bacon WAY TOO MUCH.

This has a strong taste of artificial smoke, is too salty, and doesn't get as crispy as other brands.

This bacon is premium quality to be precooked, wish they weren't taking them off the shelf because they are better than the Hormel precooked bacon

Bought these but they were not as good as the name brand. I normally love the MM brand items, but this is not a win.
