Seems like they changed the bacon to thin sliced and hardly any smoke flavor and maybe using up old packaging. Two slices of the other thick cut I used to get there would be enough for me. But now with this new package 4 or 5 slices will probably equal it.

Sam's used to carry the Hormel Black Label thick-cut, precooked bacon. This is an unacceptable substitute. Doesn't taste as good as the Black Label, isn't as thick and is fatter. I want the Black Label back. But I'm sure they make more profit on an inferior product.

This was so salty and had an off, almost fake-smoked chemical-like flavor. We used 10 pieces and threw the rest out. We had thought we should try it, as it was now almost $5 less than our go-to Hormel Black Label precooked bacon. We will go back to the Hormel Black Label now, as it's definitely worth the extra cost! Never going to buy this Membership Mark brand again.😖

This MM Bacon has improved in last year but still alot of odd ball off cuts in the pack. Not the same quality as the Smithfield product. And the package is crap because half the time it rips when first opening and won't seal back so that stinks. They try to make this cheap as possible and they have sucessed. Bring back the good stuff, we'll still pay more.

I bought this bacon about a month ago, because they didn't have the Hormel brand fully cooked bacon, which is what I normally purchase. Not only was the store brand the same price as the Hormel brand ($14) for half as many slices(36 in the Member's Mark vs 72 in the Hormel) but it was super greasy. I know bacon has grease in it, but this bacon was just way above the amount of grease if any already cooked bacon I've tried. Usually I am happy with Member's Mark products, but their bacon is just not good! Please bring back the Hormel brand!

Good bacon. Excellent to keep in the fridge for quick meals or cooking. Good flavor.
