This shredder is better than we expected for our department's needs. It's quiet, fast, and efficient. However, ordering off of the website remains a trial. We wanted to order and pay for this shredder through our account and pick it up at the local store. This is the second time we have attempted to do this without success - we had to have it shipped to us days after ordering. Please please make your website easier to order thru.

My office has been very happy with this shredder. It is well made and very durable. I have not had a single problem with it.
