They work well. Holds my trampoline down during high winds. I have not seen anything to worry about. Not tested through wild-hurricane-like winds, but its been good so far through some pretty heavy wind force. I like them. But now I don't move the trampoline to mow, so got some weeds growing under. You get 4; my trampoline has 5 ground support bars, but the 4 seems to do the trick. I do think these should be slightly cheaper, I mean it is just a bent rod, but I couldn't find any cheaper anywhere else. I would buy again.

We bought 2 sets of these because we have a 15 foot trampoline and we get pretty bad storms around here. We bought our trampoline and put it together but because theses stakes are only sold online we had to wait for them to arrive separately. The night we put the trampoline together initially we got some thunderstorms and it flipped the trampoline over and bent the frame. We ended up having to take it apart and take it back to exchange it for a new one. When we got the new one up the stakes arrived and funny enough we had severe storms that night (5 tornadoes in the area) and the trampoline did not budge!!!

I bought these to go with our trampoline and had them shipped to the store and when they got there I took them out of the box and they were cheaply made (I broke them) cheap welds hold the top and all they do is poke in the ground so if high winds come say good bye to your trampoline.. we had the lady return them and just used dog tie outs 4 of them, its not going anywhere..

I had our 15ft skywalker trampoline anchored with 4 of these and they didn't hold. We had strong winds one night and the trampoline came right out of the ground and slammed into a tree. The replacement parts we need to repair it will cost us 215.00. The trampoline brand new is about 289. You need something that screws into the ground like a dog tie out. Anything but these pieces of junk.

I definitely would recommend this to the purchaser if you are going to place the netting on your trampoline. We live in a very windy area and this is an extra safeguard to keep your trampoline in place! The only thing is that I wish there were 6 in a package instead of 4. Our ground is very hard, even when moistened with water, so it was hard to drive the stakes in well. So, put the trampoline in a place where you aren't going to ever move it if you live in our area.

Our last trampoline blew away, so after buying a new trampoline for our children, we wanted to make sure that the same thing didn't happen. These stakes are wonderful. We have high winds that blow through our backyard and the trampoline doesn't even move. I highly recommend these if you have strong winds.

The website did not state the size of these stakes. For the price, I expected larger stakes. They are gavanized, to prevent rust, and they have a nice reinforced top, to prevent spreading when pounded in. However, just not large enough for any place with sandy soil and high winds. Wal-Mart Customer Service gave me a full refund without a problem.

We purchased 2 sets of these stakes for our 12 ft trampoline and am so glad we did. The quality is a durable heavy metal and the legnth is perfect, alot longer than what the picture shows. This is a GREAT product and will protect your trampoline from the wind. Highly Recommended!

Easy to use, no straps for the kids to trip over or dogs to chew on, easy to install. We live in the midwest and storms can get quite windy! So far, these stakes have done an excellent job keeping our trampoline in place! We would definitely recommend them!

We lost our trampoline to high winds last year- it was blown over neighbors fence and on the other side of their yard. We bought a new trampoline this year and bought stakes this go round to prevent a repeat of last year- seems to be pretty efficient so far- good quality especially for price!
