A little stale tasting

These were purchase for my son whose away in college and these are his on the go before he heads to classes

Yummy, quick, and filling. It doesn't have the crisper thing for the microwave that I remember from years back, but it wasn't soggy. Very good.

They changed the crust recipe. It used to be more like a crust instead of some soft breading it is now. I miss the browning sleeve they used to come with.

I ordered garlic crust hot pocket, but received regular I didn’t actually notice it until I got home and my grandson noticed that these are not the ones we always buy, as the usual sleeve to cook the pocket in wasn’t present so we thought it was a change the company implemented until I took a closer look at the box. The employee doing the collecting for pick up order needs to pay attention to what the order actually says. I returned the regular pockets and bought the garlic crust. Maybe I should have taken a closer look before driving off but the employees need to pay attention to actually items ordered. Since there was no indication that a substitute was offered, because the one I ordered was out of stock ( I would not have purchased the item otherwise) I thought I received what I ordered for pick up! The clerk placed a gift card on my account but forgot to give me the ticket so when I finished my shopping the $16.20 gift card amount had disappeared from my account and I was told to go back to customer service to get it fixed. As I came to the desk the associate taking care of the return transaction handed me the ticket and fixed the issue, which is fine but I am usually scan and go and this should not have happened .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hot Pockets are such a quick and easy meal. The only prep needed is to put it in the sleeve and pop it in the microwave and then you have a meal in under 2 minutes. The ingredients are evenly spaced making every bite a good one filled with cheese, sauce, and pepperonis. Despite being a freezer meal, they taste fresh every time and the sleeve really helps get the crust crisp and not soggy. Perfect toddler lunch for busy moms!

The little cardboard piece that goes around the hot pocket isn’t included in this package. They are just packaged in the plastic and it has to be put on a plate in order to cook. I actually liked the little cardboard thing that you put on the individual hot pockets because that’s how I serve it to my kids without having a plate but in this package it’s not included so if you also like it, just keep that in mind
