New design is bad
I have been using this liner for yrs and have absolutely loved it! But I bought a package this week and you've changed the design some. I'm now needing to use 3 liners a day verse just 1 before. The new design is skinner and doesn't give much coverage. I now hate this liner and I'm looking for another brand. Sure you guys can fix this and go back to the old design.
We're disappointed to hear that you had this experience, Chica82. We recently updated the design of our ilners with more modern, feminine graphics with (3 new designs in every liners package). You can identify the new packages with "5X drier than the leading period liner". What you experienced is not typical and we'd like to hear more about your purchase to see how we can help. Please give us a call at 1-877-947-6473 (Monday through Friday; 7:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. Central Time). Thanks!
IMPROVEMENTS NOT BETTER!
I have been using Poise Liners (Long) for many years. It seems every time there is an "improvement", they become less usable for me. This last improvement has caused me to decide to change brands. This liner does not protect my underpants anymore and the absorbency has declined. The liners crumple up on all sides and stick to my skin. Often I have to change them within the hour. I actually have liners left from every of the last three "improvements". Each change involves less and less glue on the underside. The glue was originally almost all the way to the ends of the liners--within 1/8 inch. This last improvement now shows the glue at a full 1 inch from one end to 3/4 inch from the other end. Yes, I actually measured. I am very disappointed in the evolution of the product.
We never wanted a loyal fan like you to be disappointed with the changes we've made to our liners, Mable, so we're saddened to hear about what's happening. While they do have a new, feminine design, you should expect the same great protection and quality as before. Also, we haven't made any changes to the adhesive backing. What you're describing certainly isn't indicative of our high quality standards, and we want to try to help you. Please call us at 1-877-947-6473 Monday–Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT or contact us here: https://www.poise.com/contact-us so that we can talk to you more about this. Thanks, and we look forward to speaking with you soon.
Disappointing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Latest iteration of poise liners Long Length is not as satisfactory as previously. The edges crumple and bunc up..the adhesive strips stick to my cotton underwear when I remove the pad and I have to try to peel the remaining strip away. the absorbency is ok but the wrinkling and crumpling while wearing is annoying and irritating. I continue to use them mostly by habit..I have not tried another brand.
We are disappointed to hear about your recent experience with our Poise liners, Kathleen. The adhesive is designed to be strong enough to hold them in place, but not so strong that it crumples when removed. We'd like to speak with you personally to hear more about what happened and see how we may help. When you have a moment, please get in touch with us at 1-877-947-6473 (Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m.-7 p.m. Central Standard Time) or online at http://www.poise.com/contact-us. Thank you, and we hope to hear from you.
Great pads but new adhesive too strong
I've used Poise for years and never had any problems. Have loved the product, until recently. Now everything, from the Long light (2) I wear everyday to the heavier 3s I use for working out at the gym, sticks to my panties and they shred when I try to take them off. Whatever your new adhesive is, it works too well. It doesn't matter if the pad is dry or saturated when I try to remove it, the bottom part sticks, and the stuffing comes out. What a mess. I've put up with this for a while, but my patience is running out. Please fix this or I'm shopping for another brand. I don't want to have to soak my undies every night and then try to get the leftover off the next day. I've also been removing balls of plastic from my washing machine.
We appreciate your loyalty, Sandy101, however, we're disappointed to hear about what's been happening. We haven't made any recent changes, so we can assure you this isn't typical. Quality is important to us, and we'd like to speak to you further about your experiences and see what we can do to help. When you have a chance, please give us a call at 1-877-947-6473 Monday–Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT or contact us here: https://www.poise.com/contact-us so that we can discuss this further with you. Thank you.
I will never use this product again!
I absolutely loved Poise liners ... I used them all the time (until I bought my most recent package) because they were fragrance free and, therefore, safe for me to use. I have Multiple Chemical Sensitivity and react severely to even the smallest amount of perfume. I opened this last package and was overwhelmed with the distinct fragrance of perfume. I thought I would try one anyway and see how it went, but it only took a few hours for me to end up with an allergic reaction to the perfume in your new "odor-lock". I had to take it off and put on a Kotex liner, which used to be my standby until I found out that Poise liners were more absorbent. I loved being able to use these liners because it was a refreshing break from Kotex, which is the only company out there that discloses the presence or absence of perfume in their products. Now, thanks to your poor decision to add perfume to your product and neither inform your customers nor offer a fragrance-free option, I'm right back with Kotex. Such a pity ...
Liners awesome!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was recently gifted a sample of Poise liners and I'm pleasantly surprised at how great they are. I use them for tampon backup and on days I may be out if the house for a while. If you're a mom like me a sneeze or hard giggle may make you leak a tad. With these liners I feel confident all day!
Bring back the older product
I like the liner pads you had in the pink pacakge. First, having the pink made it easier to distinguish between the ultra thins. The pictures on the package are not very clear between the liners and the ultra thin,s and both say light absorbency. Most of all I know you changed the product because I kept some of the old product, and they are different. The newer ones come apart more often, and it has less coverage than the older style. Either you made it thinner or slimmer, I'm not sure which. I am trying other brands but would prefer to stay with Poise if you went back to your better, earlier liner style.
Not good protection .
I brought the new X5 linnets and they did not hold , the leak through my panties got wet and my pants . Please bring back the Original linners they were just right no one New I was wearing them sense 1091 please help me the X5 is just a thin peace of paper no protection .
We always want a loyal fan like you to feel confident and protected when using our liners, so we're sad to hear about your experience. Although we have made some recent changes to the graphics of our liners, you should still expect the same great quality and protection as before. What you’re describing certainly isn’t indicative of our high quality standards, and we’d like to help you. Please give us a call at 1-877-947-6473 Monday–Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT or contact us here: https://www.poise.com/contact-us so that we can try to make this right. Thank you.
Liked all three products. Great absorbency!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the all three liners comfortable. The micro liner suited me the best, just a bit short. The liner was a perfect size. I purchased the micro liners, but will probably use the liners from now on.
Long are not long, misleading and a let down
Why can't ultra long panty liners actually be ultra long like an overnight pad is? No one wants giant bulky long pads, but Poise's normal is ridicously short and the "ultra long" is just as short, do not be fooled, these are not long enough to catch a sudden leak that make go in different directions. Neither the normal length or their "ultra long" is long enough. How about actually list the length of the pad in inches. Would be nice to actually have the real option for an ultra long in a thin panty liner that actually fits right. So no to Poise for me and back to Always overnights thin pads because they are long enough to catch a leak that is unpredictable. Poise, not all women are size 2, would be nice if you'd take in account real women body sizes and actually make a long liner, thanks for the failure and embarrassment. Don't dare cough or sneeze in one of these or your LBL will end up outside the liner.
We appreciate that you've shared your feedback with us. We offer many different options of liners and pads designed to help manage LBL. Feel free to check out our website for more information: https://www.poise.com/en-us/products/pads-liners. Also, the length of each product is listed on its respective page towards the bottom. Thanks again, and we hope this helps.
