When I finally decided I'd had enough and was going to buy some sort of panty liner or pad because I was tired of being embarrassed by accidents, I didn't know what to buy. I picked Poise because it was on the shelf and using pads vs. undergarments that looked bulky was a big plus. My husband is all for a cheap buy, so he started asking why I didn't buy the store brand. I did and I didn't like them. They would fall apart and oh what a mess. Then ALWAYS came out with their brand. I did try them because I had a coupon making them a little bit cheaper, but you know what? I think that they should stay to making pads for periods and leave bladder leakage to the pros. Poise is so much better, at least in my book. I am a firm believer in use what makes you feel confident and Poise does that for me.

I have used poise for over 10 years with no complaints until they were changed to the 5x drier. The pads now bunch up and will not stay put and also cause irritation. They also come out of the package mashed up, not just one package but all packs I have bought. I have included pics of the new verses the old ones that were perfect. The old ones are on the left in both pics and the 5x drier are on right. The difference is very noticeable.

I purchased these today instead of the always brand liners I have been using for bladder leaks from a cough from pneumonia. First, the sticky part is the perfect size and actually stays put. Second, they are comfortable and the liner wrapper doesn't make a loud noise, and lastly the absorbency is amazing, and I stay dry. Five stars. I have found my new product.

Unfortunately, I also had a terrible allergic reaction from these new pads with purple decoration. What have they done to them? I have worn Poise pads for 8 years. I tried a second time with these and ended up on oral steroids. Redness, hives, itching and swelling. I purchased 3 44 liner bags and cannot use them. I would love to know what was added so I know what I am allergic to. I will never purchase these again. I guess I should mention that they bunch up terribly and do not fit a woman's contours like the old ones did. Do not purchase these.

Poise liners are definitely the best on the market. Other brands have a long way to go to even compare. I love the longer length and am confident, no matter where I am, that I won't have a leakage. I carry a spare in my handbag just in case, but rarely have to use it.

They feel natural in that you forget you are even wearing them until you have an accident and realize you are "safe". Makes me feel so much more confident in public. I have been using Poise for 12/15 years, the #2 liner and am totally disappointed in the new liner. It makes me feel wet all the time and crunches up in the back. I found I've had to double the amount of liners I generally use in a day and change through the night because of the uncomfortable wet feeling that wakes me up. I never thought after all these years with Poise that I would have to start trying to find another product for my incontinence.

After reading other reviews, I was glad to know that I am not the only person that thought the new version was not as good as the older one; and I realized it with the very first one I used. I also notice irritation to skin. I absolutely LOVED the Poise liners and never had any complaints previously.

I have used these Poise pads for years. They were always comfortable and dependable. Now that they have the purple design that is very pretty, they are horrible. They feel like they are cutting into the sides of my thighs. Also they bunch up and I almost think that these are not as long as they used to be. I hope you go back.

I have been using the Thin Comfort liners for the past 2-3 years and absolutely loved them! Now I cannot find them anywhere!?!? I do not like the regular poise liners. They are too bulky and the micro liners are useless for my bladder leakage. PLEASE DO NOT DISCONTINUE THE THIN COMFORT LINERS!!
