missing an elbow piece. called sams to have replacement piece/bed shipped. spoke to AI representative which I thought was helpful and easy. they shipped me a replacement bed, but come to find out, they wanted me to return the old one. it was already put together and filled w dirt (we rigged it). customer sercice hung up on me TWICE when they said they were going to speak to their manager and put me on hold. not sure which im more disappointed in, customer service or flimsy product. do better customer service!

Product isn’t as sturdy as expected. Also missing caps for the top. Will see if I can get replacements from retailer

I like the raised bed just fine, it was easy to put together and place. But it was delivered in a torn box and was missing all of the end caps. Looked like End Cap theft.

I just ordered this raised garden bed and did not catch that it does not have a bottom. Once I realized, I tried to return it. However, there was no option to return it online; I searched on Sam's website and also just Googled it - there's nothing useful. Then I decided to chat with a Sam's Club bot; it wasn't helpful and then someone came online to try to help me. In the end, he said that it has been over 30min and he can only request a cancelation via email! Then I tried calling customer service at 888-746-7726; she also said the same thing (>30min, can't cancel). WHY IS THERE NO OPTION TO CANCEL an order online? Also, why is Sam's Club doing business with a company that only allows you a very short period to cancel a purchase??? I really like Sam's Club, but this bothered me very much.

I purchased this planter to use for planting my tulips bulbs this fall. It was already scratched out of the box & was very flimsy to assemble & slide into the brackets. I recommend wearing gloves or you will potentially cut your fingers or hand. I would return if I could: however, I was out of town when delivered & now am out of the return window period. Look elsewhere as there are better products out there.

I was excited to order another garden piece from Sam's Club, but ended up being disappointed. The metal was all scratched up. I would overlook it if it wasn't a shorter panel in plain view. Also, all safety caps were missing. Without the caps, it looks very cheap and not an appealing addition to the garden. If I am able to get the caps that were suppose to come in the box, I would move from 1 star to a 3 star. I hope Sam's can make this somewhat okay as I really don't want to lug the entire thing to a Sam's to return if I don't have to.
