I have been using these for about a year, and until the last box of towels, they have been great. This last box keeps falling apart when you go to pull them out of the dispenser. You can actually feel the difference in the paper. Will purchase one more box, and if it continues to break apart I will look for another provider. It makes a mess all over the floor of the bathrooms. I would give lower score for this box, but all the others have been good. I buy one box a week.

We've purchased this product for years upon receiving this product not only was there a change in price which was higher the paper towel was so thin in quality that you literally had to use multiple towels to dry your hands I along with my sister who uses this product in her daycare was extremely disappointed in the quality as well as to higher price.

Exactly what we need for our office restroom

The towels get the job done. I use 1 towel to dry my hands. They are not the super soft luxury towels that you find in doctors offices and fancy night clubs. However they are are priced accordingly.

Box arrived today split open exposing the towels to dirt. No way to tell if this happened when shipped or during transit. Third time this has happened on paper towels ordered thru Sam's. Except this time I'm charged an extra ten bucks for shipping even being a Plus member. I have no way to tell what the towels have been exposed to. I gave it two stars because the product itself looks decent. But these experiences are making me think twice about online ordering anymore from Sam's which means I order elsewhere.
