The quality of these paper towels has gotten so bad over the past couple of years that I'm thinking of trying something new. I've been buying them for at least ten years or more and I've noticed that most of them are just thrown together now, in the individual packets. They're all bunched up to the point that if you grab one, two or more are stuck together. I have to shake each of them loose or there will be lots of wasted towels or one big mess of towel everywhere. It is so frustrating. Along with the fact that they are not as absorbant as they used to be either. I think it's time to move on

The towels were ok. However, the entire box on all sides was terribly damaged. I considered making the 40 minute drive to return but unable to. Which would defeat the whole purpose of ordering to be shipped. I would suggest enclosing the towels in a heavy duty plastic before packing in the box. At least, when and if the box became damaged, the actual paper towels would have a chance at being protected.

With the way the economy goes and the company has the audacity to increased tremendously on this item is outrageously unimaginable, it’ll have the opposite effects on sale/profits. Will be looking at other brands or cutting back on paper and using fabric towels.

These towels are not the same quality as before. Good enough to dry your semi wet hands. They seem to rip, tear and dissolve with any contact of wetness. You need about 4-5 of them together to sustain support to stay in tack when wiping up a spill. Just good enough for drying hands after washing them, but then again, you still need 2-3 of them so they don’t crumble or rip.

These are really strong they hold up well they only have a problem I've had with them is that they sometimes don't dispense easily

We use these towels at our business. They are good quality and fit our dispensers perfectly.

The ones I had left over from the previous box were slightly wider, otherwise they were okay

Great Value, thick and won’t ripe like the cheap ones.

We have been loyal purchaser's of these towels for years. The quality has become VERY POOR in the last 4 months.

Poorly packaged product. Often find miss folds where several towels pull out instead of a single one.
