I have used this products in my business for about 5 years. I purchased a case about two weeks ago and my staff noticed how thin they are now. We use two to replace one. I am very disappointed in the change. Now I have to get them someone else.

Purchase regularly for our company for years, the last order was so thin and everyone noticed a difference. Will be switching brands. This stuff is like copy paper now.

I have purchased these towels since 2009 for our office. The quality is the same, however, I have noticed that in the last 6 months many of the towels are bunched or ill-folded within the box, causing much waste when user pulls towels.

Quality went backwards! I've been ordering these for years at my place of employment. Always great quality until this last box! They are awful, as you dry your hands they immediately start falling apart and bits of towel fall on the floor.

Very unhappy with purchase price, bought to pickup and total price was $37.69. Went in store a week later, price dropped to $30.98. Very disappointed.

Last case of paper towels we bought about 3 weeks ago is so thin that when you grab it with wet fingers, it rips immediately. It is like toilet paper when wet and you have to use multiple pieces. Much better quality in the past :(

Did you ever go to dry your hands on the towel in the bathroom and notice that it was still wet from the last person who use it? Disposable paper towels solve that problem.
