Solar charged, atomic timing keeping, analog with great visibility and a dial light that actually works extremely. This is the watch i would design if Casio asked me to.

Comfortable to wear with an easy to read watch face. It is easy to operate because it sets itself from the Naval Observatory atomic clock. Great buy in my opinion.

I never owned a G-Shock before. Instructions are straightforward and easy to follow. set it up in 15 minutes. I'm on the total end of the east coast ~2500 miles away from Fort Collins where this atomic watch get its signal from, and still get L3 (highest) signal in some spot of my house. Battery left faced the light outside for couple hours (not directly in the sun) and it charged to full and still full, weeks later.

Works great. Only four stars because it takes too much time to study how to set up and operate the watch's features. Thankfully, it's user-friendly. You can tell time even if other features are not set properly.

Got this as a Christmas present for my other half. He absolutely loves it! Still discovering all it will do.

I had a casio solar watch, an inexpensive one for many years and loved it but was showing years of abuse so I wanted to purchase another one. Unfortunately this was the only one I could find and so I got it. Received it and could not figure out how to set it so I contacted Casio and low and behold they were able to help me "Set a watch". I will say, I have had this one now for awhile and have fell in love with it. It even reset itself when the time change happened. Not sure what will have happen if Texas no longer is time changing, but we will see. If you like the look of the watch and is looking for one that basically takes care of itself with just a little sunlight I highly recommend this watch. The reason I did not give it 5 star was because the instructions were to confusing.

This watch has the "bells and whistles" to be a great timepiece! However, the battery hasn't been charged in over 10 years. This long period of time could be a problem in not allowing the solar battery to reach only a medium charge at best. Unless the battery is change it will never reach the status of a high charge! So....I returned it!
