We have a lot of mud and dirt in the area I live so I wanted to get mats that helped keep my new car carpet clean and this works! A lot cheaper than other brands that does the same thing. The deeper tread helps keep it all in the mat until I can clean it out.

We bought this mats and the smell coming from them as so bad we had to take them out after only 2 days. The smell literally gave us headaches. We let them sit outside for a week, they still stick like, oily gas rubber. Owners beware! We have bought mats in the past and love them. Sam's please go back to what you had before Member's Mark!

I bought a set of these mats last week. I noticed that they had a strong rubber smell at the time but thought it was maybe just because there were so many together in the store. I had to take them out of my car after a day because the smell was so strong. I had to take them out of my garage a day later because they had stunk up my entire 2-car garage! I have had them outside - hoping the sun or rain might make the smell go away - but so far, they still smell horribly.

I bought these mats several days ago and everything was great until I turned on the heater during the first cold snap. The toxic fumes made my eyes burn. I couldn't figure out what caused it until I searched the entire car and found that the new floor mats were heating up and off-gassing. My eyes burned and it became difficult to breath in the car and typically these sorts of things don't bother me.

I can't stand to be in my car without the windows down. It stinks so bad that it irritates my throat and nose. I'm pulling them out! They fit nice but it seems toxic. I will set them in the sun outside for a few weeks and see if it helps at all. Otherwise I'll chalk it up to a poor purchase!!!!!!
