Great shade so easy to put up

Needed a sun shade for Grandsons baseball. We got this shade and we love it. Good price. Our Daughter borrowed it a couple times so we gave it to her and bought us another one. Plan on buying one for our Nephew in Texas. He has an old one that is rusty and so hard to open and this one opens in seconds.

Do NOT use if ANY wind expected at all.

Used this a few times, goes up and down fairly easy, but left up for a couple of days while working on an outdoor project and the first mild wind folded it up like a fourth grade love letter. It bent two of the upper bars and broke three other ones. There is no way to fix it. Wind was about 16-18 mph max in short bursts.

If they are not properly secured they are susceptible to wind. We provide replacement parts for every component. Worst canopy I’ve ever bought twice! Cheaply made.

We purchased two of these, and both broke almost immediately. Thinking we had just received defective ones, we returned them and bought two more. Unfortunately, the third one broke within seconds of opening it. As I gently unfolded it, two of the support bars snapped; one on each side. There was no excessive force or tension; it simply failed during normal setup. These are very poorly made and do not hold up to basic use. I’m extremely disappointed that I gave this product a second chance, only to have the exact same thing happen again. I would not recommend purchasing these.

Horrible

Used it one time and went to use it for the second time and the bars snapped. We couldn’t even get it to collapse and fold up for it to fit in the car to return it. Had to throw it in the dumpster. Will not be purchasing anything but food from Sam’s again.

Do not buy! Canopy lasted 1 week.

It rained just a little and the entire Canopy fell and broke!!!! It lasted 1 week. What a waste of money!!

Good afternoon Bad, Thank you for taking time to post your review. Every canopy sold has a pamphlet inserted with the unit which includes set up instructions, a part list and a PROPER USE instruction sheet which advises users to not use these temporary Sun Shelters in any kind of inclement weather including rain. The canopy top will pool water putting stress on the frame and can result in a canopy failure. This can be dangerous to anybody under or around the canopy which is why we caution buyers. Not sturdy

Not sturdy , the first storm that came is snapped the poles and blew into the garage and was completely broken and had to return , I only got to use it once , I didn’t get outside in enough time to take it down , I left it up in my backyard for one day and the next day strong storm came through and broke it.

Please take note these canopies are sold as Sun Shelters and we understand the circumstances, however being exposed to a storm will, yes, treat your canopy like an oversized kite. When not in use we strongly urge users to release the legs and remove the top. This will prevent most damages from taking place. Rain and wind will blow through the frame easily. We ask that you read through the other reviews here on the site, we believe the product speaks for itself.

Not very durable.

I have only had it for a couple of weeks and there's already a hole in the canopy and the bag is coming apart by the wheels. Not very durable at all. I Have to replace the canopy and the bad already.
