Could not even put the bench together, because one of the major component is wrong. My husband called the manufacturer to complain. No one return his call. Will return this useless equipment tomorrow. What a waste of time.

I am 60; my son put it together. Unfortunetly he is 6'4 and the bench is too small and the weight holder is too confined. However, all in all it is a good bench and the leg press and arm press work very well.

For what we payed, it was worth it. My husband uses it and when I use it we have to which the weights a lot.. We leave it inside the dumbbells do smell horrible and we keep the overhead fan going while were in there but it's still good quality.

Nice weight bench. The butterfly is a little awkward to use & takes some getting used to. Good quality bench though, especially for the price. Not bad to assemble.

It was easy to assemble and has everything a person needs. I would rate myself intermediate at weight lifting and do it because I enjoy it and like to keep in shape. It has all the attachments needed to do a home fitness program.

Assembled this with the help of a friend and it only took about an hour. Variety of work outs with this bench. Im very happy with this product especially for the price I paid. For any beginer in the body building scene, this is a great start.

This is a great bench for the price I shopped many store even online and I am very happy to say this was a good deal. I use about 300 pds of weight and it does the job you must get this one

It needs to be stronger and where the bar sits spaced out a little more I can t bench a whole lot of weight with a wide grip like I want to because it is just to close and needs to be a little bigger this seems like a 15 year olds bench

It does have a few minor limitations as other reviewers have mentioned, but for the money, it is well worth it. Take your time and make sure you put it together properly.

i bought this product nearly two weeks ago.and it arrives well packed. No parts are missing . It takes two hours to assembled . instruction is clear. overal it's great product
