It came to me already used by someone first! So unprofessional! I really wanted the chair but I don't trust your products now.

One of the pillow cases came with a deep snag that if also cut entirely through. I opened the box by peeling the stickers so it wasn’t damaged by myself opening the box as was suggested. Price point great, product not so much.
