They absorb in the middle so the part next to your skin stays dry. I would recommend these to anyone who has incontinence. They really are wonderful.

But don't let that stop you from buyi.g these. I had ZERO leaks with these pads! I normally wear 2 pads at a time with other brands. These are wide enough and long enough to stop every leak. There was no smells either and my sensitive skin had no reactions. I highly recommend these for anyone with heavy flow like me. I will buy these again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Taking the product out of the box, I was already under the impression that it looked and felt very thick and bulky. Unfortunately after using the product I still felt the same way. The pad is soft and I like the length of it for extra protection, but it felt so bulky like I was wearing a diaper. I felt uncomfortable walking around and could definitely feel there was something in between my legs. On the upside, it was very absorbent and didn't have a lot of odor coming from it. Overall, I prefer something a lot thinner with maybe a different material that would be just as absorbent.

I like the length of the pad. It's fairly comfortable and discreet. I with it had wings to stay in place better and some kind of deodorizer for example (baking soda or something to neutralize smell of urine ) after hours at work it can be disturbing and you hope someone doesn't notice. Compared to other products it is very good and not too pricy.

It would be nice if the pad could be a little thinner. I would purchase these pads again because I have a heavy flow when I am sleeping

It was so wide, it was a tad uncomfortable & kind of hurt my inner thighs. Also, the length was so long, it literally came up over the front & back of my panties. The sheer weight of the pad, brand-new & unsoiled, was enough to ensure I was constantly hitching up my underwear. Overall, it was huge, bulky, & uncomfortable. I would definitely stick with a smaller pad.
